Rihanna jumped back onto the scene Monday evening at the Metropolitan Museum's Costume Institute Annual Gala in NYC. Monday marked the singer’s first official public appearance since the Chris Brown incident – and she was on-point. Rihanna rocked an ultra-bold, black Dolce&Gabbana suit/tux from the Fall 2009 collection and an attitude to match - who needs a dra-man when you’ve got willpower like that?
The fun didn’t stop there. Kanye West performed a three-song set after dinner. Following the gala, celebrities took to the streets and made their way downtown. Fashionisto Marc Jacobs hosted an after party at the newly re-opened Monkey Bar and New York nightlife queen Amy Sacco hosted at Bungalow 8. Rihanna, along with Kate Hudson, Agyness Deyn, Justin Timberlake, and Katy Perry, etc. must have had a hard time choosing which to attend, because they all showed up to both! Looks like Rihanna is doing just fine!
