Usually, when a new nightlife venue opens up, whether it’s a lounge or a nightclub, it takes a little while before they start bringing in some serious names behind the DJ booth. Sometimes it’s because agents want to know how successful the venue will be, while other times they’d like to find out what the niche crowd is. Well, one new South Florida nightclub didn’t waste any time in bringing in one of the biggest names in electronic dance music.
After not even being open for a month, OPIUM, the new nightclub at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, is bringing in Stealth Record’s main man, Roger Sanchez. We were lucky enough to catch one of his sets during Winter Music Conference, and it cracked our list of best moments. While he is also set to play in Miami the following day, we’re sure that this is going to be a packed house.
