Global Gathering, one of the biggest electronic dance music festivals in the world, have finally announced their 2009 lineup. The two day festival, located in the UK, will be headlined by Pendulum, The Prodigy and Orbital, as well as Paul Van Dyk, Armin Van Buuren and Above and Beyond. Is that enough trance for you? Well, if you’re not diggin’ some of those names, Richie Hawtin will also be headlining his own arena with backup performances by some of his minimal tech colleagues including Gaiser, Magda and Dubfire. Loco Dice, Carl Cox, Joel Mull and Josh Wink are also set to take the stage, so we think there’s just enough talent to please any fan, no matter what specific electronic genre they’re into.
