Just a few months ago the Fontainebleau Resort in South Beach opened its doors once again after a ridiculous spending spree for a major facelift, they also added two new nightlife venues to the South Beach mix, LIV and Blade. Just when everyone thought that LIV was going to be another Vegas style, tough-door type of club, some of Miami’s best alternative promoters got in and are giving their Wednesday nights a twist.
Wednesday nights now feature the ‘Dirty Hairy’ party, which usually brings out the likes of most of the hipster, or wanna-be, hipsters that Miami has to offer. Bringing in talent like Diplo, A-Trak, Chromeo and residents Danny Daze and Contra, this should loosen up the policy at the door and let in some of those crazy dancing sweaty kids.
