"I Kissed a Girl" Nominated for Kids Choice Award

One of the biggest and most sexually charged songs of 2008, Katy Perry’s “I Kissed a Girl”, has been nominated for an award. No not an MTV Award, or a Billboard award, but a Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Award! Looks like these kids are starting to get a bit riled up before they’re parents would like them to. And this is for the top award too, not just something flimsy, but Favorite Song. Who would of known that masses of underage teens would have chosen a track based on sexual curiosity?

Perry’s famous track will be going head to head against the likes of Miley Cyrus and The Jonas Brothers. Although Perry didn’t walk away with a Grammy this year after a successful run at the #1 spot on the Billboard charts, she just might be walking away with one of those orange blimps.

Gimme a break. Despite American parents' desperate trying to keep their kids stupid, kids today are way more enlightened than you think and hope they are.
