Get Clairvoyant at Psychic Tuesdays

So you’ve made through Monday, and now you’re officially in the thick of the work week. Funny how it’s only Day Two, yet you’re already in too deep. If you happened to take my advice yesterday and checked out a little live music, then maybe you socialized enough to stay in tonight. But I know most of you probably didn’t, so tonight you definitely have to make up for it. Remember, tomorrow's the busiest part of the week, so you don’t wanna go all out and get smashed. The key words are ‘happy hours’ and getting home at a reasonable time. That’s unless you’ve managed to stock pile vacation days. In that case, every day is Friday.

South Beach is known for its glitz and glam. Sometimes this can be far too pungent for the biggest of bottle poppers, but recently Lauren Reskin, co-owner of Sweat Records and local indie-socialite-starlet, teamed up with Psychic Youth Inc. to bring you Psychic Tuesdays at Bella Rose. This event is completely different from others at SoBe, where the music format is highlighted by rare dancy-Punk B-sides and provided by weekly guest DJs.

This may well be the best deal of the night for the entire city of Miami. With no cover and an open bar until midnight, how can you possibly top that? My advice is to get there at 10PM, take in some of the best music around and throw down a few drinks. By the time midnight rolls around you’ll be good to go. Trust me, I’ve pulled this one off quite a few times already, and it works like a charm every time.
