The rumor mill is spinning again and this time it's saying that our favorite colombiana Shakira is set to perform at President-elect Barack Obama’s inauguration on January 20th. Even though Shakira can’t vote in the U.S., that didn’t stop her from becoming a vocal supporter of Obama back in October. Spokeswoman for the inauguration, Linda Douglas, said any formal plans regarding performers are still “way down the road.”
