It's a tough job. Being a celebrity New Year's Eve host might sound glamorous, but there are many tedious, mundane, behind-the-scenes obligations. For instance, you have to go to the bank to cash your $20,000 check. You have to find a new dress. And if you're a member of the Britney/Paris/Lindsay triumvirate, above all else, you need to make sure that you're clean and waxed.
