The Best of the Best, Hans Zimmer to compose Tomorrowland Hymn

Wow, welcome to Tomorrowland 2014

The most prolific and iconic composer in film history, visionary Hans Zimmer is combining forces with Tomorrowland, the massive electronic dance music festival held annually in the Belgian town of Boom, to create a classical hymn that will premiere during the 10th anniversary edition of the festival; taking Tomorrowland to a whole new level.

"Tomorrowland is a known quantity to me," said Zimmer, "and after 10 years, I think they deserve something decent for their anniversary. It should be culturally diverse and somehow represent the whole world. The hymn is about bringing different cultures together, and all the things that make us different are actually the things we should be celebrating."

The 10-minute-long composition takes listeners on a magical journey that embodies the mythical qualities, magical atmosphere and international character of Tomorrowland. Zimmer has written over 100 scores for classic films from Black Hawk Down, Sherlock Holmes, Pirates of The Caribbean, The Lion King, Inception, The Dark Knight and so many more. The 2014 edition of the festival takes place July 18-20 and July 25-27.
