Top 5 Rumored Appearances at Miami Music Week 2013

1. Slash Playing at the Dirty Dutch Pool Party with Chuckie. On Sunday, March 24th Chuckie and friends will be helping to wind down the craziness of Winter Music Conference with a special Dirty Dutch pool party at the Shelborne Hotel Pool. Joining Chuckie will be DJ/Producers such as Adventure Club, Betatraxx, Gregori Klosman, Mitchell Niemeyer, Glowinthedark, and Gregor Salto. If we were playing a game of “one of these things is not like the other”, the missing link of this party would be a special guest appearance from Slash. Yes, THE Slash. While South Park questions the existence of the long haired rockstar, we are slated to see the Guns N’ Roses guitarist in the flesh, for a fusion of rock and Dutch house under the Miami sun. With an out-of-the box guest such as Slash, it will be interesting to see how the event unfolds.

2. Chris Brown at Anything Afrojack Related. We know it seems like a long shot, but is it? With the amount of tweets going back and forth between the two and a cross promotional effort to shove their collaborative single “As Your Friend” in our faces, it wouldn’t be a surprise if Chris “Breezy” Brown crept up on us in Miami to get JACKED. Whether it’s during Afrojack’s performance at Ultra Music Festival or one of the JACKED events throughout South Beach, we just need to make sure he stays away from all sharp objects. Note to self: If you catch him clenching his fists; run.

3. Diddy at Morillo and/or Morillo at Diddy’s Parties. Depending on which music genre you blast through your iPod, your opinion of whose more famous may be biased. Whichever end of the spectrum you fall on, these two always seem to be two peas in a pod, especially during Miami Music Week. If you head to any of Morillo’s events you can probably spot the two sending subliminal messages to each other during a Subliminal Records soiree.

4. Paris Hil.... nobody cares.

5. The YouTube Goat at any Zedd show.  With the “Goat Edition” of songs popping up all over YouTube in songs from Taylor Swift to Katy Perry, there have been not one but two different Zedd songs converted into goat style. The hilarious edits have had the whole internet in stitches from laughter throughout the past few weeks. With “Clarity” and “Spectrum” both in the mix, Zedd recently awards free tickets to his Webster Hall show if someone was able to bring a goat to the front of the New York City nightclub. One would assume the German jokester has more tricks up his sleeve for the upcoming Miami festivities.
